This is a framed black and white portrait photograph of John R. Rogers, former Governor of Washington State. The photograph is 4 in. (10 cm.) x 6 in. (15 cm.) that appears to be matted and is in a wooden black frame. The framed photograph is about 16 in. (40 cm.) x 16 in. (40 cm.). The photograph is embossed on the corner "Rogers, Olympia, Wash." This appears to be the name of the Studio that took the photograph.

Maud P. Mitchell was born about 1883 in Oregon. She married Chas. R. Mitchell and by 1920 they were living in Chehalis, WA. Charles was an assistant cashier at the bank. Charles had become a banker by 1930. Between 1957 & 1958 Charles passed away. And Maud passed away on 29 May 1960 in Chehalis, WA.
